Pawn Procedure

Step 1 Bring along the items you wish to pawn (gold, jewellery or luxury goods) and your Identification Document (IC or Passport) to our shop.
   
Step 2

Present the items to our customer representative and our expert will evaluate the value of the items.
   
Step 3 Based on the value of the items, our expert will discuss with you the loan amount.
   
Step 4 If the loan amount is agreed by you, our customer representative will request the Identification Document for processing purpose.
   
Step 5

Cash to the agreed loan amount will be given to you together with your Identification Document and a Pawn Ticket.

Step 6

Our customer representative will explain to you the information shown on the pawn ticket.




Redeem Procedure

Step 1 If you wish to redeem your items, just bring along your Pawn Ticket and your Identification Document and present it to our customer representative.
   
Step 2

Our customer representative will calculate the interest based on the loan amount and the duration of the loan given.
